Explosives Recycling
The Explosive Processing project involved the design and selection of equipment for processing retired military munitions and recovering the components. Design constraints included the placement of the process inside an existing structure and strict safety requirements due to the nature of the components. ISA's S88 Batch Standards were used during the design of the control system and for all process documentation. The facility design provided for a fully automated process, with remote operation to reduce hazards from an explosion.
